Helnan Phønix Hotel Aalborg

The hotel has a great restaurant and a cosy bar. You can enjoy the wonderful outdoor areas when the weather is good. The hotel has a sauna, hot tub and gym. William von Halling built his residence in Aalborg in 1783, filling it with riches and slaves. It was a 'relief' for the whole area when this tyrant died. Hotel Phønix was set up in this building in 1853 and has played a major role in the city's history ever since. The restaurant has outdoor seating in the summer and is closed on Sundays throughout the year.
