Enjoy the beautifully maintained outdoor area with pool, jacuzzi and plunge pool or relax on the comfortable loungers, inviting chill-out areas and lovely covered dining areas. The summer kitchen with bar, built-in barbecue and pizza oven rounds off the outdoor experience. Children will find plenty of space to play on the well-tended lawns with football goals, a trampoline and an adorable baby pool.

Inside, the elegant, single-storey property is bright and inviting. The living room with cosy sofa, fireplace and English TV opens directly onto the terrace. Adjacent is a fully equipped country-style kitchen with a dining area for all guests. The villa has four double bedrooms, with the master bedroom and a further double bedroom in the main house, as well as a separate bathroom and a fitness room. Two individual casitas provide additional accommodation, the first has a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette with dining area. The second has a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. All areas are equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure a comfortable stay.

The holiday home is located in a gently rolling landscape 2 km south of Pollença in the north-east of Mallorca. There are good shopping facilities both in Pollença and in Alcúdia, 9 km away. The long sandy bay of Bahía de Pollença and the 10 km long dream beach of Alcúdia are both around 15 minutes away by car.
