Villa Della Marchesa - Santa Croce Camerina

This vacation home in the small village of Contrada Marchesa, near Santa Croce Camerina, was originally a noble house and still preserves the corresponding characteristics in the exterior structure.

About 6.5 km from the fine sandy beaches and crystal clear sea of the Hyblian coast between the seaside resorts of Punta Secca and Marina di Ragusa. The house is surrounded by a 10,000 sqm property with olive groves and fruit trees at guests' disposal. Lawn area with children's games (including slide, swing). The property is divided into 3 units, 2 of which are available to guests (main house plus outbuildings), while the third part is reserved for the owner, who uses it as a warehouse for harvesting olives and carob trees. The main house has a dining room and a living room with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor; on the second floor: two double bedrooms. The outbuilding is a one-room apartment of about 30 m² with a double bed, 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower. Outside, between the outbuilding and the main house, there is a covered area, equipped to relax and eat outside.

The accommodation is located in the southern part of Sicily, near a stretch of coast characterized by long beaches of very fine sand and impressive cliffs. The house is not far from main roads and therefore it is easy to reach the most popular seaside resorts such as Punta Secca, Punta Braccetto, Kaucana and Marina di Ragusa, as well as beautiful baroque towns of Val di Noto such as Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Palazzolo Acreide and Noto.
