In the beautiful garden of the villa you can enjoy the pool with sun loungers, an adjacent loggia with table and chairs and a changing room with shower. This accommodation allows you to spend most of the day outdoors, starting with breakfast, which you can have under the loggia by the pool, on one of the two covered terraces of the house (one on the first floor and one on the 1st floor), on the beautiful open terrace (on the 1st floor) or even in the garden. Then settle down by the pool: take a refreshing dip, enjoy the sun or read your favorite book while drinking a good glass of wine. The property has three entrances: a remote control car entrance, a pedestrian entrance and the main entrance from an impressive courtyard. On one side of the house runs a side road. For water sports lovers we recommend a trip to Lake Bilancino (about 20 km) , which offers not only swimming but also fishing, canoeing, sailing and windsurfing.
