Between water and meadow lies this light-flooded and cozy wooden holiday home in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse in Brandenburg not far from the biosphere reserve Schorfheide. The house is located directly at the marina with a view of the water and the hustle and bustle of the boats. Due to the southern exposure, you can enjoy the sun here from early in the morning until the evening.

The large terrace and garden with comfortable sun loungers invite you to sunbathe and barbecue. A barbecue is ready for you. After trips to one of the nearby swimming lakes (5 km) or longer bike rides you will find peace and relaxation in the garden.

The cottage is modern and comfortably furnished in Scandinavian style for 4 guests. The oak parquet flooring laid in the living/dining area further emphasizes the high-quality furnishings of the house. From the large, bright shower room, your view sweeps over the meadow and the harbor village far into the distance. The open kitchen in the living/dining area invites you to linger with its large cozy wooden table. From the galleried second floor you also have a spectacular view of the water and thanks to the large panoramic windows, the view of the water and the beautiful nature falls already in the morning from your bed. Enjoy the beautiful surroundings and fresh air in any season. In winter, after a walk along the icy lake or through the snowy forests, you can warm up again in front of the cozy crackling fireplace in the living room.

This area a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers. Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses, which stretch along the canal "Langer Trödel".

In the harbor village Zerpenschleuse payment with EC card is not possible, please only cash payment.
